Terms of Service — Go Phones POS

Go Phones POS is internal point-of-sale software used by Go Phones Alvin (1710 S Gordon St, Alvin, TX 77511) to operate our repair and phone-sales business. It is not a public product or service offered to third parties.
Use of the software. This software is intended solely for use by Go Phones Alvin staff to record sales, manage inventory, and optionally export business data to a Google Sheet the user's own Google account controls.
Google account connection. Connecting a Google account is optional and used only to create and update spreadsheet files that this software itself creates in that account's Google Drive, for backup and reporting purposes. See our [Privacy Policy] for details on data handling.
No warranty. This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Go Phones Alvin makes no guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability. Go Phones Alvin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.
Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
